If you add location, it is the city or area you choose to provide.

• show you relevant members and community spaces
• deliver messages, comments, reactions, and notifications
• review reports and moderate the community
• process verification
• send essential emails (password reset, account notices, important updates)
• prevent abuse and keep Ama safe

Your profile is visible to other signed-in members.

Your email address is never shown to other members.

Direct messages are visible only to you and the member you are speaking with.

Ama team members may access content only when necessary for moderation, abuse prevention, or safety investigations.

Moonlight whispers are anonymous to other members and designed to be temporary.

Verification photos are only accessible to the Ama team for review.

We only share data with service providers needed to run Ama.

This may include:

• hosting providers
• database infrastructure
• email delivery providers
• authentication providers

These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your data.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Verification photos are used only to confirm there is a real woman behind an account.

They are processed only by the Ama team and handled according to this Privacy Policy.

Verification is a trust and safety feature.

Wherever you live, you can:

• edit or correct it
• delete your account
• request a copy of your data

Ama is for adults only (18+).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us.

Private content, including verification materials and private media, is stored in protected systems.

No system is perfectly secure.

If a serious data breach affects your information, we will notify you where required by law.

Deleting your account removes your profile and content from active use.

Some records may be retained where required for safety, moderation, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Ama is operated from Switzerland.

If you access Ama from outside Switzerland, your data may be processed in Switzerland and by trusted providers in other countries (including the EU or US).

Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards.

If we make important changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you in the app before they take effect.

This Privacy Policy is governed by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
